As we are winding down the summer months here, there is still time to enjoy some summer treats. Today we give you melon ice candy, a treat famous in the Philippines!
Ice candy is similar to popsicles or ice pops, but instead of serving them on a stick, these are served in plastic bags. It’s perfect, as you tie one end off and freeze them. When you are ready to eat them, untie it and start sucking on those fruity juices.
