Egg drop soup is an easy recipe to prepare and can be cooked in just 7 minutes! I usually cook this soup during cold days when I need a hot dish to warm me up. This is also a great appetizer.
You’ll only need a few ingredients to prepare this dish. I bet you probably already have all the ingredients needed in your pantry.
I used low sodium chicken stock to make the soup. You can use regular chicken stock but decrease the amount of salt that you add. You can also add a pinch of white pepper to give it a little spice.
Some people like their egg drop soup to have more eggs. I only used 1 beaten egg to make this dish. However, if you prefer to have more eggs just add an additional egg into this recipe.
