This classic dish loved by many Filipinos is easy to make and delicious. What is not to like in this tender, moist, and flavorful chicken adobo cooked with only a few ingredients.
This can be cooked in a slow or pressure cooker. I cooked this in a pressure cooker as I do with most of the Filipino stews and soups. The result is fall of the bone tender and juicy chicken in just 15 minutes.
No worries if you don’t have a pressure cooker. You can cook this in a regular pot. You will just have to increase the cooking time but the ingredients remain the same. Either way it will be delicious!
