This boiled pork stew or what Filipinos call it Nilagang Baboy is delicious and very simple to make. It is one of the simplest stew recipes only needing a few ingredients.
I love cooking this dish when I need a good meal to warm me up. It is pretty much a set it and forget it recipe as you simply combine most of the ingredients and let it boil until pork is nice and tender.
I used pork cubes such as Knorr Cubes to season this stew dish. If you don’t have this pork flavor cube, you can simply season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Serve hot with rice!
