This beef lo mein recipe is one of my favorite dishes to prepare when I have family and friends coming over. It is delicious and easy to make.
I used precooked lo mein that you can get at your local Asian grocery store. I always have several packages of these noodles in my fridge so it is quick and easy to prepare when I’m cooking noodle type dishes.
I added a variety of vegetables to this recipe. I just used what I had in my fridge. However, you don’t have to stick to the vegetables I used. You can add any kind of vegetables that you want for this dish.
