This is a must have dish if you want a delicious soup to warm you up during cold or rainy season. I particularly like this dish because it involves only a few ingredients and easy to cook. Did I mention it taste great!
I cooked this dish using a pressure cooker to shorten the time to cook the beef. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can certainly cook this in a regular pot and boil it for 1 hr to 1.5 hours. The ingredients remain the same.
Along with the most tender beef shank, a clear broth that is flavorful is the other component to this dish. It’s hard not to like this dish.
